Our Story
At Orisans Bakery, every bake is made with care, creativity and attention to detail.
By blending precision with creativity, each bake is thoughtfully crafted, beautifully balanced and, most importantly, made to be enjoyed.
Our journey began with a love for both creativity and numbers — and baking became the perfect place where the two meet. What started as baking Celebration Cakes for relatives and receiving great feedback from colleagues, including a few suggestions to apply for The Great British Bake Off, quickly grew into something more.
Orisans Bakery officially began in March 2025 with a simple goal to create delicious food that brings people together.
Since then, our range has grown to include the best Brownies, Blondies, Cookie Pies and Savoury Pies while keeping the same passion and attention to detail at the heart of everything we do.
From Home Kitchen to Our First Store
The journey of Orisans Bakery has been filled with exciting milestones.
In November 2025, we were proud to receive our 5-star food hygiene rating, followed by our first market stall on Gillingham High Street in February 2026.
In April 2026, we found the location that would become our first store, marking an exciting new chapter for the business.
Just one month later, Orisans Bakery was invited to take part in the Taste of Kent & Medway Food and Drink event at the Houses of Parliament, where we had the opportunity to showcase our products alongside some of Kent and Medway's fantastic food and drink businesses.
In August 2026, another dream became reality as we officially opened the doors to our first store.
We're incredibly proud of how far we've come, appreciate all the support and are excited for everything still ahead.
